1. This Policy applies to the SOUDIAN A Charging Services provided by us at the SOUDIAN APP (hereafter referred to as the “Charging Services” unless otherwise stated. The terms and definitions in this Policy are the same as those in the SOUDIAN User Service Agreement). In the course of your use of the charging services, we may collect and use the information provided by you or about you (which may include, but not limited to, personal information that identifies you) in the manner described below, and this policy explains our treatment of such information.

2. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using the charging services, and the contents related to your information and rights will be brought to your attention in bold font. Please read them emphatically. If you are a minor, please read all the provisions of this policy with the escort and assistance of your guardian. 1.1.1.1 Registration, login and verification

In order for us to provide the services for you, you need to provide basic registration or login information, including a phone number or an authorized third-party account (WeChat, Alipay, Apple ID) to log in. If you authorize a third-party account to log in, the third party will provide us with your profile photo, nickname, region and the corresponding open_ID, user_ID or Apple ID. Such information is provided by the third party authorized by you at one time, and we cannot select the specific type of the information to be collected. However, we will use this information only when providing the shared charging services and corresponding order services, or other areas as you may agree. If you do not agree to our collection of such information, you may not be able to use some or all of our services properly.

When you choose to log in with your Apple ID, you can choose to show or hide your specific email address according to Apple’s privacy protection policy. When you choose to show your e-mail address, Apple will syne your specific e-mail address with us. When you choose to hide your e-mail address,

Apple will sync with us as a virtual e-mail address and we won’t obtain your real e-mail address.

When you use your phone number to register your SOUDIAN account at SOUDIAN APP, you need to provide us with your phone number and we will send a SMS verification code to your phone to verify your identity. According to relevant national laws and regulations and for the purpose of safety guarantee, if you do not provide the phone number for verification, the registration will fail. Therefore, you cannot use the relevant functions of SOUDIAN APP. However, you can still return to the main page for browsing after exiting the registration/login page.

If you access the third-party products and/or services through our platform, please note that the products and/or third-party services are provided by the third parties. It is recommended that you carefully read and fully understand the privacy policies or rules of the third parties that involve collecting personal information directly from you.

1.1.1.2 Rent and return the chargers

When you borrow the chargers through scanning the QR code, you may need to take a picture or record a video, and we will request that right to call your phone to take the picture through a pop-up. If you do not allow the above permission, you may not be able to use the loan services of chargers.

For specific devices, you may need to rent and return the chargers by using WeChat face-scan payment service. You will provide your facial image or information to WeChat payment to verify your identity. We will not store or use your facial image or information for other purposes, and the details would subject to the agreement between you and the relevant service provider.

1.1.1.3 Message Push

In order to provide better services to you, we may send you commercial service/promotion information, latest information on the loan services of chargers, relevant management and other service notices that we deem necessary to inform you through, but not limited to, WeChat, Alipay, SMS, in-site notification, etc.

1.1.1.4 Customer service or customer complaint

If you complain, appeal or consult us about the SOUDIAN Shared Charging Services, you will need to provide us with your contact phone number for associated order information to verify the specific question you are responding to.

1.1.1.5 Order Details

If you need to check your past orders in the user center, you need to provide us with your contact phone number to associate your past orders. If you have not authorized us to use your phone number before, we will obtain your authorization through a pop-up. If you refuse to allow us to obtain your contact phone number, you will not be able to view your order information.

1.1.1.6 Recharging

If you need to recharge your wallet in the Personal Center, we will obtain your WeChat or Alipay payment account information (profile photo, nickname, region and corresponding open ID or user ID) to finish recharging.

1.1.2 Partial extended business functions and services.

1.1.2.1 Permissions of device call
We invoke some of your phone’s permissions as we provide the service. The following are the business functions and purpose of the call permission, and the information which would be asked from you before calling the permission. You can choose to turn off part or all of the permissions in the settings function of the terminal device to refuse us to collect the corresponding personal information.
Permission display mode and closing mode may be different in different devices. For details, please refer to the instructions or guidelines of terminal equipment and system developer.
Please note that turning on any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide our corresponding services. Closing any permission means that you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on that corresponding permission, or provide corresponding services for you. However, turning off permissions will not affect the information collection and use based on your previous authorization.

1.1.2.2 Other service functions

If you also use our other services, which involve the need to collect your personal information, we will separately explain to you the scope and purpose of the collection and obtain your consent. 1.2.2.1 When you use the SOUDIAN shared charging services through the applet, we will automatically collect the details of your use and save it as a weblog, including the device type, browsing record, click event, success or failure of the events.

1.2.2.2 If you use our services through SOUDIAN APP, in addition to the above information, we may also collect your network diagnosis and seizure information.

1.3. We get your personal information from third parties

In order to provide services, we may need to obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party (our partner), who will be asked to explain the sources of the information and guarantee the legality of the provided information. We will seek your express consent before processing your personal information if we conduct our business outside the scope of your authorization to provide personal information to a third party.

Third parties may have separate privacy policies/personal information protection policies and user agreements, please read them in detail. You may not be able to use our products or services if you refuse third parties to collect, use, or transfer your personal information while providing services.

4.2.9.2 In order to improve your user experience, we need to synchronize the following information to our affiliated company for the merchant side business operation of APP, PC end and relevant SCP backstage management system of “Zhumang Partner”, including: open_id, nickname, avatar, mobile phone number, time of registering SOUDIAN account, total times of using SOUDIAN service, Public number concerns. If you do not wish to synchronize the above information to our affiliates, you may contact us via the contact method specified in

Article 9 of this Policy.

4.2.10 Share the necessary information with our business partners.

In order to provide you with more perfect products and services with higher quality, certain services may be substantially provided by our partner. As a result, we may share some of your personal information with our partners. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide our services. We do not share personal information that identifies you unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. These partners are data controllers who will obtain your consent in their own name to process your personal information. The partners may have its own privacy policy and user agreement.

We recommend that you carefully read and follow the user agreement and privacy policy of the third parties. If you refuse the partner to collect personal information necessary when they provide the services, you may not be able to use our products and services to access the services provided by that partner. In some cases, even if you delete the shared information from SOUDIAN charging products and services, it may still be stored in a publicly available area that can be independently obtained, copied or stored by other users or third parties that we are not associated with and beyond our control, or the other public areas that can be obtained through other users or such third parties.

4.3 Transfer

In principle, we will not transfer the control of your personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals, except in the following cases:

4.3.1 Based on your own request or with your express authorization or consent in advance;

4.3.2 Related to the performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;

4.3.3 Directly related to national security and national defense security;

We will respond to your requests in a timely manner after verifying your identity, unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations or otherwise specified in this Policy.

5.2 Stop using and cancel your account

5.2.1 Unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations or as otherwise stipulated in this Policy, if you no longer want to continue to use our service or cancel your account, you can contact us and we will complete the cancellation within 15 working days after receiving your request.

5.2.2 Please know that if you contact us and clearly indicate that you will no longer use our service of borrowing and returning the chargers, please know that we may not immediately delete your personal information from the backup system. We will still retain or store your personal information according to laws and regulations or the requirements of regulatory authorities.

VI. Disclaimer

6.1 In the course of your use of the SOUDIAN Shared Charging Service, you may need to provide other information to a third party in addition to the personal information we have obtained directly from you, and you should make your own decision whether to provide the third party with any other information other than that that we have expressly obtained from you. If you decide to provide it to a third party, you are solely responsible for the results and risks it may have. We do not promise or guarantee the authenticity or reliability of any additional information or data requirements by a third party. It is recommended that you carefully read and understand the privacy policy of the third parties (see the annex to this Privacy Policy for details).

6.2 Description of Third-Party Partners and Shared Information

We may maintain links to the third-party websites, whether to access them will be at your sole discretion, and we do not promise or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, sufficiency or reliability of any information, data, views, pictures, statements or suggestions provided on such links. We do not control, review or assume any responsibility for these third party websites and their contents. If you decide to visit any third-party website linked to our website, the possible results and risks shall be borne by you. It is recommended that you carefully read and understand the privacy policy of the third parties (see the annex of this privacy policy for details).

6.3 You have/will enter into separate agreements with the third parties mentioned above, provided that such agreements shall not violate the agreement between you and us, or our relevant rules and specifications. Any agreement you enter into with the third parties described above shall not preclude your liability to us under our agreement, our platform rules or this policy.

6.4 We only function as the platform provider of the service for the loan service of the sharing chargers, and we are not a participant in the service or service transaction between you and the third party. We do not make any express or implied warranty on the legality and validity of the third party’s service. We shall not be liable for any disputes or conflicts that may arise from your use of the third-party services.

6.5 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, disciplinary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including any loss you may sustain as a result of your use of the third-party services.

6.6 You shall properly keep your relevant data, information and hardware device, and ensure that mobile terminal device, such as your mobile phone, is operated and used in a safe, virus-free, non-intrusive, unmonitored or not illegally controlled environment. In case of any risk and loss caused by improper storage, you shall bear the risks and losses. You shall also be at your own risk in connection with your use of the SOUDIAN Shared Charging Service.

VII. Protection of Personal Information of Minors

7.1 As we have not collected your age information, if you are a minor, you should obtain the consent of your parents or guardians before using our products and/or services, and submit your personal information, and we recommend that you use our services under the guidance of your parents or guardians. If your parents or guardians do not agree to your submission of your personal information or your use of SOUDIAN Services, please immediately terminate your submission or use of our services and notify us of this as soon as possible, so that we can take effective action.

7.2 If you are a minor under 18 years old, we will use, share, transfer, and disclose information, that is collected with the consent of your parent or guardian, only if permitted by laws and regulations, or expressly agreed by your parent or guardian or necessary for the protection of the minor.
